Laura Wilhelmina Wellen is the project administrator for SARCHI and Multilevel Government. She worked with the Women and Democracy Initiative Project for 4 years before joining SARCHI and Multilevel Government. Before joining Dullah Omar Institute she worked in the corporate environment for over 20 years specialising in Finance and HR.
